July: The tomato madness!

The pandemic and the period when we were closed in 2020, with all the problems associated with it, made us dedicate ourselves to various projects we had pending.

One of these projects was the vegetable garden, to which Margarida dedicated herself with great effort and without compromise. The garden is fertilised only with compost and organic products, without using any chemicals. Still in 2020 we already served many of our snacks with products from the garden, and in 2021 the percentage is even higher.

This July, we had "tomattageddon", and we're having to get creative to use so many tomatoes! Salads, gazpachos, jams, sauces, the tomato is endless! Recipes are welcome!
